Fashion Night

This was the brief we gave to the guides!!

You are young fashion designers competing to win the prestigious ‘Fashion Guide’ award.  You have 45 minutes to design and create an outfit (plus accessories if you wish) to be worn by one of you in the Grand Finale catwalk show at 8.15pm

Your design must be from one of the following themes:

• Work wear
• Leisure wear
• Wedding/Formal wear

You will have the following items to construct your design from:

• Black bin bags
• Silver Foil
• Newspaper
• Sellotape
• Ribbon

There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes awarded by the judges at the end of the evening to the group of designers who scored most points in the following categories:

• Fits the theme
• Originality
• Good use of materials
• Wearability
• How good it looks

Be prepared to talk through your design as your model walks down the catwalk!!
